Here are the slides for various presentations I’ve made. The slides are in HTML (no plug-ins required, but JavaScript needs to be turned on). Newest presentations are at the top of the list.
RSS: What it is and How to Use it
was a presentation I gave at the 2006 SIRLS Graduate Student Symposium on November 18, 2006. The presentation is a basic introduction to RSS for librarians and library students. I’ve also posted an online version of the handout I created.
What I Did on My Summer Vacation: UNC Bodleian Seminar
was a short presentation I gave for the University of Arizona’s Library Student Organization event, Student Reflections on Professional Conferences on September 30, 2006. This presentation represents the “executive summary” version of what I wrote here on Adventures in Library School.
